In 2007, with a 1 month old baby, we (James + Melissa) opened our dream company Trademark Homes Inc and have never looked back. Over the past 15 years we have built or remodelled over 800 projects –each one special and unique. That Trademark Life is what wakes us up in the morning and gets us excited about the day ahead. It’s also what our 3 kids see us living out every day and are now a part of it. It’s what is written on our minds and hearts –to live a life that inspires others to think outside the box and get creative. Lots has changed over the past 15years -we now have 3 kids, we have ridden the waves of the real estate industry, and we have found our groove.
